The Terms & Conditions stipulated herein are the understanding between you, as the ticket purchaser, or the ticket purchased on your behalf as a patron to enter Wetland Studios Putrajaya (WSP), and KRU Studios Sdn. Bhd. (KSSB – the company managing the operations of WSP).

The definitions hereinafter referred to as “WSP”, “KSSB”, “Us”, “Our”, or “We” means KRU Studios Sdn. Bhd. offering online and offline services, facilities, activities, and exhibitions at WSP.

Tickets are issued by KSSB and are subject to the following terms and conditions as follows:

1. To use WSP’s Online Ticketing services, you must be at least 18 years old or above as of the time of your ticket purchase. If you are under 18 years old, you must only use WSP’s Online Ticketing services under the supervision and with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
2. As stated on the website, ticket prices differ based on the age and nationality of patrons. For ticket pricing purposes, the following definitions shall apply:
   1. As of the date of entry to WSP:
      1. Adults are individuals between the ages of 13 to 64 years old;
      2. Senior citizens are 60 years old and above;
      3. Children are between the ages from 4  to 12 years old;
   2. Malaysians are individuals carrying MyKad, MyTentera and MyKid  cards only;
   3. Foreigners are individuals with foreign passports or carrying MyPR and MyKAS cards.
   4. The admission for all infants aged 3 years old and below as of the date of entry to WSP is FREE, subject to the verification of MyKid (for Malaysians) and passport (for foreigners).
3. All prices quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete details asked in WSP’s online customer information.
5. You shall not impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person by using the name, address, credit card information, or e-mail address of any other person for any reason whatsoever, without prior consent or forge a header or otherwise manipulate identifiers to disguise the origins of an e-mail.
6. Payment being made does not mean that your transaction has been accepted. We will only send confirmation via email for purchases that have been verified as genuine purchases. 
7. All fields in the ‘Billing Details’ page are mandatory and therefore you are required to fill in all fields with true, accurate, and complete personal information about you and persons you intend to bring as patrons (if any) to WSP. You are also required to update the information from time to time for KSSB to serve you better. 
8. It is your responsibility to check the information provided by you in respect of the Online Ticket(s) to be purchased as accurate before completing the transaction. Please be reminded to check the Visiting Date as the Online Ticket is only valid for entry on the Visiting Date stated on Online Ticket. Any error or inaccurate information provided by you may result in you incurring additional charges or possible notification by us to declare the transaction null and void.
9. A confirmation email will be sent to you after the successful transaction of the ticket purchase. 
10. Online Ticket(s) shall be purchased a minimum of 72 hours before your visit to WSP to facilitate the smooth process of your transaction. Failure to do so may result in the need for you to purchase the ticket at our physical ticketing counter at WSP.
11. The information, materials, functions, and contents provided in this website and online ticketing system may be changed from time to time with or without notice at KSSB’s absolute discretion. Your continued access or use of the online ticketing and/or the services provided herein after any such change will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.
12. Postponement of visiting date is allowed for ONE time only, whereby the change of visiting date shall not be made less than 48 hours before the original date of entry as stated in the ticket(s) purchased by you. Any request thereafter will not be entertained. Postponement of visiting date can be up to a maximum of 6 months from the original date of entry as stated in the ticket(s) purchased by you. To postpone your visiting date, kindly send your request by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before the Visiting Date stated in the ticket(s).
13. Upon the purchase of the ticket, you shall agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
14. The ticket is the proof of purchase for entry to WSP and must be presented at the time of admission.
15. At the point of entry, for verification purposes you may be required to provide personal identification documents such as  MyKad, MyTentera and MyKid for Malaysians and/or passport, MyPR, and MyKAS for foreigners;
16. Patrons purchasing tickets under the disabled person category must provide documented evidence of disability at the point of entry at WSP. The documented evidence is defined as Kad OKU issued by the Department of Social Welfare for Malaysians and, the equivalent document issued by the respective foreign government for foreigners.
17. The ticket has one-day and single-entry validity and is not reusable for multiple entries.
18. The ticket must not be duplicated to falsify entry and the holder will be refused admission in the event of such occurrence.
19. The ticket excludes any other businesses or services including but not limited to SkyDreamVR, Photo Services, Guided Tour,  Food & Beverages, and Souvenirs in WSP.
20. Defaced or altered tickets will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
21. Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
22. KSSB reserves the right not to honour any online sales transaction if we have reason to believe that the transaction is fraudulent and if you have failed to provide accurate and complete information at the time of entry.
23. Please be reminded that at the point of entry, KSSB reserves the right to demand for additional payment from you for any difference in admission fee of tickets purchased online arising from the incorrect declaration based on the various categories such as nationality, age and disability.
24. Nobody will be allowed admission to WSP without a valid ticket.
25. No exchange, refund, or replacement will be made under any circumstances. No cancellation will be accepted upon confirmation of purchase. Refund shall only be provided based on the occurrence as stated in item 26.
26. In the event of technical malfunction and/or to address the safety issue, we reserve the right to suspend entry to the exhibitions and reschedule, change, or cancel the entry. If you disagree with a new entry time or date proposed by us, KSSB shall provide a full refund to you however shall not be held responsible for any costs that you may incur for travel, accommodation, and other forms of compensation.
27. If the park is closed on the scheduled ticket date due to unforeseen circumstances, patrons are allowed to request for change of date.
28. We reserve the right to alter or vary the content of the exhibition or performance timing (if any) in circumstances beyond our reasonable control and without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.
29. For the safety of the patrons at WSP, we reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as we deem appropriate.
30. In the interest of our patrons’ safety who are already at the exhibition area, we may from time to time suspend entry for our patrons who have yet entered the exhibition hall for us to manage the flow of visitors and to ensure we remain compliant with visitor density requirements. If the area at our indoor ticketing counter is fully occupied, you may be required to wait at WSP’s outdoor space, regardless of weather conditions until the patrons can be accommodated indoors.
31. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove from the premises any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, refusing to wear a mask when required to do so (unless they are unable to do so due to an underlying health condition), otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, and annoyance or for failure to comply with reasonable requests made by KSSB.
32. KSSB is not responsible for any loss, damage, death, or injury of the patrons howsoever caused and/or due to the patron’s actions and negligence. Any mishaps and/or accidents at the premises beyond the control of KSSB shall be compensated to you solely by our insurance coverage upon completion of the investigation.
33. KSSB does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to WSP.
34. You shall be responsible to compensate KSSB for any damages or loss of our assets, facilities, or temporary and/or permanent structure caused by you or the children under your care based on the video evidence recorded through our closed-circuit television system.
35. For the avoidance of doubt and in the event of a dispute, KSSB’s liability to you is limited to the value of the purchased ticket(s) only.
36. Patrons may be filmed, photographed, or sound recorded for broadcast, and publication in physical and digital formats for publicity and security purposes whilst at WSP.
37. Patrons may take photographs, record video, and audio at WSP based on the condition that the use of the photographed and recorded content is for private and non-commercial use only.
38. Patrons are not permitted to bring animals to WSP.
39. KSSB’s management reserves the right to substitute, amend or terminate any offers or promotions at any time without prior notice.
40. All the following uses of this website are prohibited and may constitute a criminal offense (s):-
    1. The resale of Online Tickets to any third party;
    2. Use of Online Tickets for any purposes that are unlawful or contrary to the Online Ticketing Terms and Conditions;
    3. Use the Online Ticketing Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair WSP’s Online Ticketing Services or interfere with any other WSP’s patrons and clients’ use of the website;
    4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, computer systems, or networks associated with the Online Ticketing Services; or
    5. Obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through the Online Ticketing Services or by any means not intentionally made available or provided for by WSP.
41. KSSB shall not be responsible or liable for any damages (whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential), late or non-delivery of tickets, loss, embarrassment, and/or reputational damage under the circumstances including but not limited to the following:
    1. The online ticketing service is not available on the KSSB website during the intended time of purchase;
    2. The email address provided by you is incorrect;
    3. Your refusal to enter the WSP premise at the stipulated date and time published in your ticket. Should such an occurrence happen, the ticket purchase is considered delivered and no refunds will be made;
    4. Any inability to access or use the online ticketing service and/or any other website linked to WSP online ticketing service;
    5. Any failure, delay in transmission, interruption, error, omission, or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software, or terminal at WSP or the payment gateway;
    6. Attacked or interfered with by any computer virus, corruption, worms, or by any person;
    7. Improper use or unauthorized use of this online ticketing system;
    8. To comply with any special request and/or instruction made by you other than the standard admission to the exhibition hall for patrons at WSP; 
    9. Any inaccuracy, error, and/or defect of any content published on other websites linked to WSP’s online ticketing system;
    10. Any malfunction or defect of your computer terminal, system, or software used in accessing WSP’s website and online ticketing system;
    11. The alteration and/or removal of data and/or information provided by you on KSSB’s website and/or KSSB’s affiliated websites;
    12. When addressing any safety, technical, maintenance, crowd control, and/or any circumstances beyond KSSB’s control. 
    13. Natural disaster, violence, warlike situations, and/or reasons beyond KSSB’s control;
42. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to WSP ‘s Online Ticketing Service or any part thereof at any time without notice for any breach of terms and conditions.
43. KSSB may vary, update or change these Online Ticketing Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any variation, updates, or changes will be posted on WSP’s website. Your continued access to or use of WSP’s Online Ticketing service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such change.
44. The Terms and Conditions stated herein shall be governed based on the Laws of Malaysia.
